Soufflet Agro Polska Sp. z o.o. is the Polish subsidiary of the international group Soufflet with headquarters in France. In Poland Soufflet is present since 1998 and has 3 grain elevators. In addition to the cereal trading activities, our client offers an extended range of commodities for agricultural production: fertilizers, plant protection products and seeds.

Next to the direct sales in the field, the company has 4 shops (Kościan, Strzelin, Gołańcz and Ostrów Wielkopolski) where farmers can purchase agri-inputs. To further strengthen the position and profitability of the shops, Our Client is currently looking for a Shop Network Manager.

Increase the profitability of the stationary sales of agri-inputs.

  • Management and further development of a competitive product portfolio (fertilizers, seeds and crop protection products) on shops level, in close cooperation with the Product Managers.
  • Manage and define the price setting and commercial policy.
  • Monitor the daily shop sales and the rotation of stocks.
  • Further develop the system of Customer Service Management.
  • Optimize and budget the marketing activities for each shop locally.
  • Make suggestions to improve the attractiveness of the portfolio in the shops (presentation of products, gain maximum exposure to client etc.).
  • On-going analysis of the market of stationary agri-inputs sales.
  • Follow and react on market trends.
  • Supervise, provide technical sales trainings to, and motivate the Shop Managers.
  • The Shop Network Manager reports to the General Manager.

Job requirements
  • Degree in Sales, Agribusiness or Marketing.
  • Several years of experience in a similar or related specialist position.
  • Good English knowledge.
  • Affinity with agriculture (relevant experience in the agricultural sector is favourable).
  • Well-developed business sense and skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and time and to be effective under pressure.
  • Helicopter view, creative mind-set.
  • Team player, willingness to share knowledge and ideas.

Place of employment
Poznań, main office.
